About Lamai Property Management
Lamai Property Management was founded from a passion for exceptional hospitality and a commitment to raising the standard of serviced accommodation management.
Before founding Lamai, I spent over seven years as a Chief Stewardess on luxury superyachts, delivering five-star service to discerning guests from around the world. In an industry where every detail matters, I learned the importance of impeccable presentation, exceptional organisation, clear communication and consistently exceeding expectations.
Alongside my career in luxury hospitality, I built my own property investment portfolio and managed my own serviced accommodation properties. Experiencing the industry from an owner's perspective gave me a clear understanding of what landlords truly need: a management company they can trust to protect their investment, maximise returns and care for every property as if it were their own.
When I couldn't find a management service that reflected the same high standards I expected for my own properties, I founded Lamai Property Management.
Today, Lamai combines luxury hospitality with professional property management, delivering outstanding guest experiences, meticulous property care and complete transparency. With no hidden fees, no long-term lock-in contracts and a genuinely hands-on approach, my mission is simple: to help property owners maximise their investment while providing every guest with a five-star stay.

Rachel Allen
Founder & Head of Property
Rachel has spent over six years in the property industry, building a portfolio spanning buy-to-lets, serviced accommodation and Assisted Living properties provided for Liverpool City Council — alongside a property portfolio in the South of Spain.
That experience — as a landlord, an operator and an investor — shapes how Lamai works. Rachel knows exactly what it feels like to hand your property to someone else, which is why every Lamai landlord gets full transparency, honest projections and a service run as if the property were her own.
